In a major palm for Indian politic sweats abroad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was recognized with Brazil’s top mercenary honor, the Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross. The award, which is largely prestigious, was conferred upon Modi by Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva during a visit to Brazil when Modi was given full conventional event.
