Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd reported strong results for the July–September quarter of FY26, with its profit. The company’s net profit rose 113% to ₹160.7 crore, against ₹75.4 crore in the same quarter last year. The growth was supported by higher revenue and better operational performance.

Revenue increased 32% to ₹299.3 crore from ₹227 crore a year ago, mainly due to higher cargo volumes and improved logistics activity. The company said the growth shows a steady rise in trade and efficient cost management.

Operating profit also improved sharply. EBITDA rose 34.2% year-on-year to ₹178 crore, compared with ₹132.4 crore in the same period last year. The EBITDA margin went up slightly to 59.4% from 58.3%, showing the company’s focus on maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.

The Board of Directors announced an interim dividend of ₹5.40 per share for FY26. The record date is November 12, 2025, and payments will be made by November 25, 2025.

In the April–June quarter of FY26, the company reported weaker performance. Net profit dropped 4.8% year-on-year to ₹104.3 crore from ₹109.6 crore, while revenue rose only 1.8% to ₹250.4 crore. EBITDA fell 1% to ₹148 crore, and the operating margin decreased to 59.1% from 60.8% due to higher costs and slower cargo growth.

However, the company saw a strong recovery in the second quarter, showing improved operations and steady growth in trade activities at Gujarat Pipavav Port.
