Background

i-Hub Gujarat, in partnership with SanchiConnect, has launched the second cohort of its TattvaX accelerator, expanding its scope to support startups across industries while strengthening its focus on strategic sectors such as space, defence, drones, and emerging technologies. The program will soon enter a new stage with applications open in mid-April.

The 90-day program will assist startups to fast-track growth, test products, and seek new market opportunities. It provides a combination of mentorship, cohort-based learning, workshops, and pilot access. The building takes into account tech-enabled and innovation-led startups, and more profound interventions are planned to be made with those in high-impact sectors.

One of the most significant interests of this cohort is to support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot opportunities.

Startups will collaborate with the concerned parties to implement their solutions in real-life environments. The program will be followed by a Demo Day, during which the successful startups will pitch their ideas to investors, corporates, and media, which will open funding and collaboration opportunities.

The leadership at the i-Hub Gujarat emphasized the fact that the initiative would boost the deeptech ecosystem in

India by offering startups resources, validation platforms, and strategic networks. Another observation made by the program leadership is that the continued partnership with SanchiConnect is a reflection of a joint effort to facilitate innovation and enhance market preparedness towards startups.

The accelerator has been designed to address common startup challenges such as market access, product validation, scaling, and fundraising by building a strong support ecosystem.
